Do I need a website?

In today's online world, if you do not have a presence on the internet, you are missing out on business. All of the major companies rely heavily on e-trade in order to sustain the current volume of business, making it easier than ever to shop or research online. Analysts say that 85% of people shop online or research online before they buy. Can you afford NOT to be on the net?

Do I need multiple Pages?

This is a question of preference. For bloggers or simple products, probably not - but if you have a great story and great products, why not share it with your customers? Websites should be designed to be functional and easy to use (key) for your customers.

Can I do what you do myself?

Certainly you can. It comes down to time and experience. If you have the time to learn and make mistakes, you can do this at little or no cost. What you get when you have us help is years of experience and knowledge. We will also teach you how to maintain your own website and get it hosted for free, so that you don't have to hire an IT Department to keep your web site up and running. We also have free "tech support" to all of our clients for any future
help you may need running your own site.

Is Custom design better for me?

This is up to you. All of our custom designed websites come with "self reliance" training and tech support. If you plan on updating your own site, then this may be the best option for you. If you don't care to bother with updates, or you don't have the time to support a website properly, then one of our packages may work best. They include all of the updates and SEO (search engine optimization) services.

Do you really TRADE?

Yes, we do. We often trade our design services for products or services from our client companies. Please see our "Bartering Info" page for more details.

How long does it take?

This varies based on complexity and content. If it is a simple website, or you like one of the designs we have used in the past, it is a pretty quick process - sometimes the same day! More complex sites can take longer, depending on how long it takes to get the content (photos, mission statement, product pricing, etc) for your site and it's personality.

What if I don't like the site you build for me?

You will be involved in the process every step of the way. We will build a sample for you, with some of the content, for your design approval. Once we find one you like, we will create or upload the remaining content and publish the site to the web - all with your approval. If you don't like something during the process, we can modify it at that time for you!

How much does it cost?

This varies greatly! We have sites from as low as $5/mo all the way up to several thousand dollars - depending on your needs. We understand that nobody wants to incur more expense without a greater return. We will not "up-sell" or add products that you don't need, and it is our goal to keep the costs as low as possible for you. You built a great site for me. Now where are my customers?

A word of caution about marketing. Any marketing campaign is only as good as it's exposure. You can have the perfect website with all of the latest technology and the best products, but it will only be effective if people know about it. This is the key. As we build your site, think about how you will drive folks to visit you on the web. We will provide you with many suggestions specific to your industry as we go. My dad used to tell me " In order to be successful, you need to tell everyone you know what you do and where you do it." The key to success on the web is to get folks to visit your site. The more people who visit, the more business you will do. It sounds simple, but it isn't "easy". We will help you with this.

How much will the "ongoing" expenses be?

Depending on the package you choose, this amount will vary. Some of our packages come with up to 2 years of free hosting and updates, so you would not incur any additional cost during this time. There are a lot of "premium services" available for you look over, but most websites just don't need them. We will try to keep your costs as low as we can! There is a small monthly maintenance fee for our "website packages" that we maintain for you depending on the package you choose.
